Returns & Exchanges

At Jackson Guitars, we want you to be completely satisfied with your instrument; if it doesn't meet your performance standards, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all instruments are returned in their original condition with all included accessories and packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Instrument

  Carefully place the guitar in its original hardshell case or gig bag, and secure it inside the original shipping carton with all protective padding to prevent transit damage.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it securely to the outside of the box, ensuring any old shipping labels are fully covered or removed.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once our technicians inspect the instrument at our facility, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
